Pen Chalet New Year New Sticker Contest: Submission Requirements

• Submission Deadline: February 1, 2021
• Email entries to social@penchalet.com with “New Year New Sticker Contest” in the subject line.
• Submit high-resolution images (300 dpi is preferred) in one of the following formats: .psd, .jpg, or .pdf.
• “Pen Chalet” or the Pen Chalet logo may appear on the sticker design, but this is not required.
• Artwork submitted can be original painting, drawing, fountain pen sketch, photo, computer generated illustration or screen print.
• Artist’s name/handle may be tastefully included in the design.
• All artwork submitted must be the entrant’s original work.
• Include full name of artist, email address, and phone number in the submission email. (OPTIONAL: Include links to any social media accounts in the email. If included, winners’ social accounts will be be “tagged” when announced.
• By submitting your design, you give Pen Chalet permission to reprint and distribute the design. Winners must sign an artwork release form before receiving their winnings.

FAQ: Can I Enter More Than One Design?

Yes, if you have more than one design you’d like to enter, we don’t see a problem with that!

FAQ: What Happens to the Winning Sticker Designs?

Winning sticker designs will take turns as the “next” official Pen Chalet stickers (not for retail sale on the site, but used for promotional purposes and included with some orders of pens and fountain pen inks and other fun Pen Chalet products). Winning sticker designs will also be featured on Pen Chalet social media accounts, hold bragging rights with their pen friends, and receive a “prize!”

FAQ: What Do Winning Designs WIN?

Winners will be required to sign an artwork release form that will be provided along with the “You’re a Winner” notification email. The release must be signed and returned prior to receiving winnings!

• 1st Place: $200 Pen Chalet credit
• 2nd Place: $100 Pen Chalet credit
• 3rd Place: $50 Pen Chalet credit

Pen Chalet January 2021 Sticker Contest: The Fine Print

All Pen Chalet sticker contest winners will be notified by email and announced online. All three winning submissions will be reprinted and distributed with PenChalet.com orders. To be eligible to win, submissions must be received in an approved format by the submission deadline.
