Our expansion to include Karas Kustoms at Pen Chalet is long overdue as both our companies and our employees all live and work in the Phoenix Metropolitan area just miles apart. Pen Chalet first met Bill Karas and Dan Bishop over two and a half years ago. Bill, the owner of Karas Kustoms and Karas Pen Co., and Dan Bishop graciously gave us a tour of their pen manufacturing operation at their previous location, introducing us to their products as well as prototypes of future pens being produced. We were impressed then and are even more impressed now with these fabulous machinists and artisans. We recently visited their new manufacturing location here in Mesa, Arizona, and are thrilled to offer this truly unique pen brand to our loyal customers.

Karas Kustoms Pen Company produces exceptionally unique, high quality, hand crafted fountain pens and ballpoint pens all designed, manufactured and assembled here in the USA (except for the refills and German nibs used in their fountain pens). Karas Kustoms, who produces Karas Pens, are awesome, down to earth, everyday guys. They do it all, from product development to the final product, all under one roof and love what they do. The Karas Kustoms Fountain K Fountain Pen is made off of the popular Render K design. It comes in copper, brass and aluminum in a variety of anodized colors. Each Karas Kustoms Fountain K pen comes with a Bock branded German nib and is a cartridge/converter fill. Karas Kustoms Ink Fountain Pen

The Karas Kustoms Ink Fountain Pen is the latest fountain pen design by Karas Kustoms and is a full sized pen. The Karas Kustoms Ink Fountain Pen is available in various anodized aluminum colors, copper or brass. The Karas Kustoms Ink Fountain Pen is available with a solid durable clip or “clip-less” and retail for $100. Each Karas Kustoms Ink Fountain Pen has a cartridge-converter fill system and contains a full sized German Bock nib. The newly redesigned Karas Kustoms Render K Rollerball Pen continues to be a best seller at Karas Kustoms. This is a rollerball style pen, which you can opt to have either a Pilot G-2 refill or a Parker style ballpoint refills depending on your preference.
