Rohrer & Klingner Bottled Fountain Pen Ink – Salix Iron Gall Ink

The Rohrer & Klingner Bottled Fountain Pen Ink comes in 50ml glass bottles with 18 colors to choose from. Each of the inks are made with high quality dyes to create the brightest colors and intensity including two iron gall inks, Salix and Scabiosa. These iron gall inks are mild and are considered permanent and archival safe. The inks are made from well-balanced water and additives to make an ink that has optimal capillary action for a smooth flowing ink that is a joy to write with.

For easier fountain pen filling add a Rohrer & Klingner Erka Rapid Reservoir. This small plastic inkwell fits easily within the mouth of the Rohrer & Klingner fountain ink bottles. With the inkwell inserted and the cap on, turn the bottle upside down. Rotate back upright, remove the cap and then fill the fountain pen from the full reservoir. If you are using fountain pens with the Rohrer & Klingner fountain pen ink we recommend purchasing a set of Erka Rapid Reservoirs as well. They make it easier to fill and let you get the final drops of ink. Also they can be re-used once your bottle is empty on your next bottle of Rohrer & Klingner fountain pen ink.
