With last year’s ink of the year, Amethyst, Pelikan created an M205 fountain pen to match the color of the ink and it has been long suspected this year they would do the same. Just like last years pen, this special edition Pelikan M205 fountain pen will be available by itself or as a gift set with a matching bottle of the Edelstein ink of the year aquamarine. Not only with the pen be available as a fountain pen but a matching ballpoint will also be an option.

The Pelikan M205 Aquamarine Pen has a deep blue-green transparent cap and barrel. Since the fountain pen is a piston style pen you will be able to see the inner workings of the piston as well as the ink level inside. Pelikan has developed an extraordinary resin that gives depth and smooth intensity. The pen is then finished with chrome color trim, traditional pelican bill style clip and fitted with a matching stainless steel nib. The top of the cap is then adorned with a black medallion and the Pelikan logo.
