Conklin introduces the Matte Carbon Stealth pen with touches of old and highlights of new. With a crescent filling mechanism on its fountain pen style, the Matte Carbon Stealth is reminiscent of the Conklin Mark Twain Crescent Filler Series and Demonstrator Crescent Series, but with sophistication straight out of the modern day.
With a solid carbon fiber barrel and all black trim, the Conklin Matte Carbon Stealth pen is handmade in Florence, Italy and comes in ballpoint and fountain pen styles for the versatile writer. This rare and difficult matte finish on the black carbon fiber cap and barrel create both a stunning and perfectly balanced writing instrument. The carbon fiber material is lightweight but as strong as steel making it an ideal material to use on the pen.
Three different fountain pen nib sizes are available for the Matte Black Stealth. The cushion point black steel nib is on the lower end of the fountain pen variety with Fine, Medium, and 1.1mm stub point sizes available. The solid titanium T-Flex steal nib is next up which changes stroke size depending on the amount of pressure applied – from Extra Fine to Broad, the T-Flex truly is all-in-one. Finally, at the top price, the very flexible solid 14K gold nib style is available for the Matte Black Stealth Fountain Pen with a variety of Fine, Medium, and 1.1m stub point sizes.
The Conklin Matte Carbon Stealth Pens will be available from the middle to end of April 2016 but you can register to be notified as soon as the Conklin Matte Carbon Stealth fountain pens and Conklin Matte Carbon Stealth ballpoint pens arrive.
