Each Conklin Matte Carbon Stealth fountain pen is handmade in Florence Italy. The smooth matte carbon fiber finish is a rare and difficult process for a truly unique pen.

Choose from either a stainless steel nib, titanium t-flex nib or a solid 14k gold nib. Both the stainless steel nib and gold nibs come in your choice of fine, medium, or stub tips sizes. The gold nib is handmade and flexible. The titanium t-flex nib allows for varied line widths with pressure adjustment when writing. Conklin Matte Carbon Stealth Video Script

This is the Conklin Mark Twain Crescent Matte Carbon Stealth Fountain Pen. It comes in a traditional blue leather box with the Conklin logo printed in gold on the top of the box lid. Hinge style lid that lifts open. Included with the pen is information about Conklin, the crescent filler, and the warranty for the pen. And, of course, we have the Conklin Crescent Matte Carbon Fountain Pen.

It has a carbon fiber cap and barrel. Same filling mechanism that are in the Conklin Mark Twain Crescent, so that crescent filler. You actuate that by rotating this band and then you can push the crescent filler down. Once you rotate that sideways, the crescent filler's locked into position. You can't push ink through it.

The bottom of the barrel has a resin glossy cap and the same resin glossy cap on the opposite and of the barrel of the pen. Traditional Conklin clip with the Conklin logo on it. I like the clip design. Push the end; it's spring loaded. Opens nice and easily. You can see that carbon fiber on both the cap and the barrel has a matte finish to it.
Glossy resin ring at the bottom of the cap. Cap is threaded and unscrews you can post the pen. Although, it doesn't...it does slide on, so it feels like it posts nicely. It has a glossy resin section to the pen, a pretty good length. It feels like it's no threads or anything in the way. It has a little ridge there on the front of that section.

And it comes with a stainless steel Conklin nib. You can see the Conklin logo and a matching black color. I really like that, the color of it. You can see feed there on the back side of the pen.
