Ready for the 1st ever Pen Chalet sticker contest? We love how many talented people are drawn to the pen world. The pen world is full of people who are passionate about pens, fountain pen inks, art, journaling, and collecting. Many of those very talented, very amazing pen enthusiasts are also Pen Chalet customers and we love working with you to indulge your hobbies, and help you get your hands on the new pens and inks and notebooks and pen cases that you have your eye on. Since we know how much you love the pen world (and fountain pen stickers) we’ve got a surprise for you – we’re going to let YOU take a shot at designing the next Pen Chalet sticker.

2020 Sticker Design Contest: Pen Chalet

Submission Deadline: Friday, October 30th, 2020

It’s time – you can design an official sticker for Pen Chalet! The fountain pen community is full of amazing talent and we want to show off your work. Submit YOUR design for the next “BEST EVER” Pen Chalet sticker. 

3 Designs Will be Selected to Take a Turn as THE Official Pen Chalet Sticker:

If your sticker is selected as one of our “winning” designs, you will receive a “prize” (see below) and your sticker will be distributed with upcoming PenChalet.com orders. You will also be featured as a WINNER of the 2020 Pen Chalet Sticker Design Contest on our website and social media accounts.

Winners:

• Winners will be announced Wednesday, November 4th, 2020. An artwork release form will be provided and must be signed and returned before receiving your winnings.
• The 1st Place winner will receive a $200 credit valid at PenChalet.com (plus bragging rights in the pen community). 
• The 2nd Place winner will receive a $100 credit valid at PenChalet.com. 
• The 3rd Place winner will receive a $50 credit valid at PenChalet.com. 
• All three winners will be notified by email and announced online. 
• All three winning submissions will be reprinted and distributed with PenChalet.com orders.

Submission Deadline: Friday, October 30th, 2020

Entry Submission Requirements:

• Entries should be submitted electronically to sarahbeth@penchalet.com with “Pen Chalet Sticker Contest” in the subject line.
• Design must not exceed 3.5 inches.
• Submissions must be sent in high-resolution format (@300 dpi; larger than 3 inches; file will be sized down). 
• Please use .psd, .jpg, or .pdf format. 
• “Pen Chalet” or the Pen Chalet logo may appear on the sticker design, but this is not required. 
• Artwork submitted can be original painting, drawing, photo, computer generated illustration or screen print. 
• Artist’s name/handle may be tastefully included in the design. 
• All artwork submitted must be the entrant’s original work. 
• Include full name of artist, email address, and phone number in the submission email. (OPTIONAL: Include links to any social media accounts in the email. If included, winners’ social accounts will be be “tagged” when announced.
• By submitting your design, you give Pen Chalet permission to reprint and distribute the design. Winners must sign an artwork release form to be eligible to receive their prize.
