Waterman was founded over 130 years ago in 1870 and is a French company. Waterman creates some of the most elegant and desirable writing instruments in the world today. Waterman pens, known for creating the first even flow fountain pen over 100 years ago, continues creating precise Parisian luxury writing instruments, which led to the explosion of fountain pen use and enjoyment.
The "Ideal Pen Company" was renamed in 1888 to the LE WATERMAN Company. Originally created because a salesman, Lewis Edson Waterman, lost a sale because of a leaking fountain pen. Waterman invents the "Three Fissure Feed" system that for the first time prevents excessive discharge of fountain pen ink. The Waterman Pen Company has a rich heritage or awards and achievements for their ingenuity, design and quality with their outstanding writing instruments.
Waterman pens come with a 3 year warranty. Warranty information is included with each Waterman pen. For details on a specific Waterman pen fee free to ask.

I have three which I use everyday. There are reviews about the grip being stepped, but I like this feature. This is a medium heavy pen with a wet nib, which I favor. As a working writer, I may use my trio for eight hours—the long cartridges go forever. The nib has a bite, but it’s not scratchy—the pen has great natural action. Tons of feel. The unique, cool design adds to my pleasure. After years of use, one pen developed a broken feed. $60 repair, and worth it. Pen Chalet sells authentic, genuine Waterman pens, delivers quickly, and are easy to reach.

Great consistency and ink flow — another plus is that Waterman is highly recommended to use for older/collectible and vintage pens because the formulary is so safe. I have every color of Waterman and often mix them to create my own colors. This is a line of ink that is safe, vibrant, and provides a lot of color options through self-mixing.

The Waterman Mysterious blue is my favorite color. The Blue/Black ink write smoothly and functions well in all my pens. The angled bottom enables you to tilt the bottle when refilling to get the last of the ink and is the perfect reminder to order another bottle soon !

Love this ink. I got the mysterious blue, looks like a blue-black but I like the way it looks on the paper. Flows well. Will definitely buy more when I get low!

Waterman Serenity Blue has been a go to ink for me since it was still called Florida Blue. You get a good amount of ink in a functional and compact bottle that’s easy to fill from until it gets quite low. It’s an office friendly blue ink that works well in any pen and still manages to look great on the page.

This is one of the pens that when I first got into the hobby, I admired from the get go. It took me four years to get around to purchasing it for myself, and once I had it in my hands I instantly regretted not having done so sooner. I adore this pen. I love how it looks in the hand, and more than that, how it writes. The nib is as smooth as a glass sea, and the detailing is inspired. I reach for it as much as I do my beloved Lamy 2000, and indeed when I travel, it's the Carené that comes with me more than most. An unsung hero of the FP world, yes - but worth every praise.
