Waterman inks are a must for every fountain pen user. Well behaved, easy to clean, safe to use in vintage pens and the colors are nice. The color range may not be vast, but the price and how they behave make them worth it. I have the black, serenity blue, tender purple and mysterious blue and they are all lovely.

Great consistency and ink flow — another plus is that Waterman is highly recommended to use for older/collectible and vintage pens because the formulary is so safe. I have every color of Waterman and often mix them to create my own colors. This is a line of ink that is safe, vibrant, and provides a lot of color options through self-mixing.

The Waterman Mysterious blue is my favorite color. The Blue/Black ink write smoothly and functions well in all my pens. The angled bottom enables you to tilt the bottle when refilling to get the last of the ink and is the perfect reminder to order another bottle soon !
