Monteverde Innova Fountain Pen

Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary Fountain Pen Review & Unboxing

Meet the Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary fountain pen during today’s Pen Chalet Mail Call feature coming your way with the Pen Gangsta. It’s always a good day when you get pen mail, right? In today’s pen feature video, you’ll find out what the Pen Gangsta thought of Monteverde’s Innova 20th Anniversary fountain pen.

The Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary Fountain Pen:

Monteverde’s Innova 20th Anniversary fountain pen celebrates the company’s 20th anniversary. Monteverde was established in 1999, and the pen collection (fountain pen and ballpoint pen) released in 2019.

Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary Fountain Pen’s Packaging:

The pen packaging Monteverde put together for their anniversary edition fountain pen gives a great 1st impression. It looks great – and actually looks important. It’s an excellent setup for a great pen. To remove the outer sleeve, push the box through (we find it’s relatively tricky if you try to “pull’). Inside the box, you’ll find anniversary edition literature. The brochure has a lot of great information included with the story of the company provided in detail.

Unboxing the Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary Fountain Pen:

Inside the box, under the anniversary edition literature and the efficient foam cushion, you’ll find the gorgeous pen. The Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary fountain pen is limited edition (this pen enthusiast got #1471 out of 1999), and she loves that they’re limited edition and marked with an edition number. The pen is carbon fiber with rose gold trim. It’s very impressive that the packaging not only mimics the carbon fiber print of the pen design and the rose gold trim accent (the logo on the packaging matches the trim on the pen) but that all the packaging is so cohesive. The box, the included literature, AND the included Innova edition bottle of ink all reflect the design of the pen.

Also Included with Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary Fountain Pen:

Included in the box with the Innova 20th Anniversary fountain pen is a bottle of Monteverde Innova fountain pen ink. Plus, Monteverde added a bonus, an adorable, little pin that is a facsimile of the Innova pen. Since the Pen Gangsta is a collector of pins, she loves this addition.

Check Out the Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary Fountain Pen in Action:

Pen Gangsta loves the carbon fiber cap and barrel accented with the rose gold trim and that the part of the pen where it posts matches around the nib section. The cap pulls right off and snaps securely. It posts with a nice snap, so you know it’s secured. The size of the pen is nice. She doesn’t like that the cap moves around a bit while posted, but she doesn’t typically post her caps, so it won’t bother her. The pen comes with a converter included and a JOWO nib. She loves that Monteverde pens come with JOWO nibs because they’re great performers. Pen Gangsta inked the Innova fountain pen with the Innova name-sake ink and put pen to paper. Check out the pen in action in the video and see how the Innova fountain pen writes.

Quick Review of Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary Fountain Pen:

After putting the pen through its paces, the Pen Gangsta has to conclude that the Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary fountain pen is just a sexy pen. She’s decided that Monteverde’s 20th Anniversary fountain pen is a great pen, a great writer, and is available at a great price. It offers an opportunity for fountain pen enthusiasts to get a great deal on a really sexy pen. Many thanks, @pen_gangsta, for reviewing the Monteverde Innova 20th Anniversary fountain pen! This looks like a great pen. Does come in other colors? What are the choices of nibs?
