The Italian fine writing manufacturer Montegrappa has taken its loved Fortuna fountain pen and added “Silver” to its line up. These 3 new pen releases takes the best of Montegrappa Fortuna pens and introduces silver to them all, each made out of high quality stainless steel.

Last year, the Montegrappa Copper Mule was introduced and became a hit. Each Montegrappa Copper Mule came with a copper Mule mug. This year Montegrappa has released a Silver Mule Fortuna with its clean lines and heavy weight, which is sure to please Fortuna Lovers. This new color is available in three options. Choose from the matte silver finish, a silver skull or the silver Shema Isreal model.

The first model is the Montegrappa Silver Fortuna with the plain matte finish on both the cap and barrel. This pen retails for $350 in the ballpoint, $375 in the rollerball and $395 in the fountain pen.

The next new Silver Fortuna pen introduced is the Fortuna Silver Skull pen. This new addition to the Montegrappa Fortuna Skull collection retails for $450.00 and has multiple skulls imprinted on the barrel of the pen in addition to one large skull on the back of the cap. The other colors available in the Montegrappa Skull collection include both a blue and a black version, each of which are available at Pen Chalet.

Montegrappa Silver Shema Fortuna

The last Montegrappa Silver Fortuna pen new for 2017 is the Fortuna Silver Shema, which retails for $495.00. The Montegrappa Fortuna Silver Shema Fountain pen is inscribed with the Shema Yisrael Jewish Prayer on its barrel and grip sections of the pen. Additionally, like the Fortuna Silver Skull with the skull on the back of the cap, the Fortuna Silver Shema has the Star of David on the cap. The Fortuna Shema has a symbol of peace, the palm tree branch, prominently displayed on the barrel. A beautifully detailed pen.

Each new Montegrappa Fortuna fountain pen comes in a stainless steel fine, medium or broad nib option. Additionally, each of these three new Montegrappa Fortuna pen styles come in a ballpoint pen or rollerball pen as well. The Silver ballpoint retails for $350, while the Silver Skull and Silver Shema ballpoint versions retails for $395. The new silver Fortuna Rollerball collection retails for $375.
