I would pick up a Pilot Prera with a fine nib (Pilot fine nibs are a little finer, and I like a fine to extra fine nib)!

Were I to win, I think I would like to purchase the Pilot Penmanship fountain pen. It comes from Pilot, who I trust to have good quality and performance. I love the transparent plastic body that it has, as well as the extra fine writing tip. Many people like broader fountain pens, but I enjoy writing expressively with thin lines. 🙂
