Visconti Rembrandt-S Rollerball Pens

The Visconti Rembrandt-S rollerball pen is a renovation of the popular Visconti Rembrandt. Featuring four new contrasting color combinations, a newly designed ring, colored resins accentuated with graphite ruthenium trim, and a new large-size nib with ruthenium plating (made by Schmidt Germany), the September 2022 release is destined for fame just like Rembrandt Van Rijn, the famous 17th-century painter who provided the inspiration behind the collection.

Rembrandt Van Rijn became well known for blending the elements of earthly and spiritual life in his art using the Chiaroscuro technique. The oil painting shading technique uses strong contrasts between light and dark to generate a three-dimensional look, and Rembrandt used it to become a master of color. The swirl of light and dark colors in the Visconti Rembrandt Collection's variegated resin paired with vivid colors and brush-like strokes in the material pulls a similar feel into the Rembrandt-S rollerball pen design.

The Visconti Rembrandt-S Collection includes four new colors: Black, Blue, Orange, and Bordeaux (each was mixed with marbleized brush strokes of black resin).

Visconti announced the Rembrandt-S Collection in September 2022.
