The Visconti Homo Sapiens Carbon Rose Fountain Pen introduces a warmer, more refined expression of Visconti’s forged carbon collection. Following the golden character of Carbon Moiré and the sportier Carbon Abyssus, Carbon Rose pairs advanced materials with soft rose-toned details for a design that feels technical, luxurious, and distinctly modern.

The body is crafted from forged carbon, a lightweight composite formed from fragments of carbon fiber and resin. Its irregular structure creates the organic, one-of-a-kind pattern that defines the Carbon collection. For this edition, Visconti incorporates pink-anodized aluminum alloy leaf directly into the composite, creating glowing rose-colored veins that wind through the dark carbon. As the pen catches the light, those metallic accents shift in intensity and reveal new depth from different viewing angles.

The fittings are made from Ergal, a lightweight aluminum alloy also used in aerospace applications for its combination of strength and low weight. A rose gold anodized finish carries the warm metallic theme through the clip, rings, and other trim details, creating a cohesive contrast against the deep forged carbon body.

The fountain pen is fitted with an 18kt rose gold nib, bringing the same warm tone to the writing end of the pen. Inside, Visconti’s Double Reservoir Power Filler provides generous ink capacity, while a transparent central ink window allows the ink level to remain visible even when the pen is capped.

An Enhanced Magnetic Closure completes the design with a secure, smooth cap mechanism that preserves the clean silhouette of the Homo Sapiens profile.
