yes, it's excellent on many levels....I really enjoy this pen. HOWEVER- be advised of two peculiarities: If you are writing and wish to lay down the pen while the tip is exposed, this heavy weight pen WILL roll away from you !! If it rolls far enough to launch off your desk or bench it will, due to weight & design, crash to the floor/earth and WRECK your ink cartridge. By all means get this LAMY pen, BUT, order extra cartridges, you'll be using them.

As expected...a great writing instrument! The only con I can think of is it's length...Lamy could shave at least an 1/2in. off!

I am a Lamy pen enthusiast. I think every thing they make is excellent. Pen Chalet provides a virtual candy store of choices and I have ordered a few and will definitely order more.
The pens are stylish and function flawlessly. The rollerballs are smooth as silk when writing. The only downside is my friends tend to take them as their own occasionally :)
