This ink is particularly dark in a good way out of a stubb nib. I believe it is a wetter flowing ink based upon the two pens I have inked up with it, although that could be a partial function of the nibs used.

Got this ink with the purchase of the Monteverde 20th Anniversary fountain pen in the olivine color and it is beautiful. Ink flows well and on the paper looks very different and unique. Very happy I tried the olivine color.

It's an interesting color. I used it on fountain pen friendly paper/coated paper & it looks blue but in photo it looks black. Then on cheap notebook paper it looks black.
