The Visconti Desert Spring rollerball pen has a five sided spiral cap and barrel design made from a marbled resin reminiscent of a desert landscape. The pen was inspired by Leonardo DaVinci's work with the Golden Number 1.618, the Pentagram and the Nautilus or golden spiral. The Davina pen comes with the traditional spring loaded Visconti arch style clip.

Visconti Davina Desert Springs Video Script

This is the Visconti Davina Desert Springs rollerball pen. It comes a in large leather box with the Visconti logo embossed on the top of the box lid. The box has some rounded edges and a small drawer on one side. It pulls out information about Visconti. Hinge style lid that lifts open, nice soft tan leather interior. On the underside of the box lid, the Visconti logo is imprinted.

And of course, we have the Vistonti Davina rollerball pen. This is the Desert Springs color. You can see the colors of the desert, browns and some of that white and blue. And you can see that beautiful glassy finish to the pen. And the pen has a twisted barrel. You can see that spiral shape throughout the cap and the barrel of the pen.

On the top of the cap, this is the Visconti logo. Nice arc shape Visconti clip that opens nice and wide, spring loaded. And it has a chrome band at the center of the pen. And at the bottom of the barrel, the pen has a chrome cap at the end, little slit, and it actually unscrews.

Hood safe lock mechanism on the cap of the pen. I like the way that opens and closes, kind of spring loaded a little bit. Same resin on the section of the pen with a chrome tip on the barrel. And that chrome tip actually will unscrew if you want to change the ink refill on the rollerball pen. That refill comes out. It comes with a Visconti AA40 roller refill, point seven. The number on that is 410. It's a blue ink. Great looking pen. I really like the colors on this pen.
