About the Visconti Voyager 30
The Visconti Voyager 30 fountain pen has been crafted from ebonite, a material first used in the production of fountain pens. Very few companies still use this material due to it being harder to machine. Visconti decided to use ebonite to celebrate its 30th anniversary in October 2018 with a new take on a traditional Visconti pen. Choose from different ebonite colors with palladium or vermeil finishes. Each Visconti Voyager 30 fountain pen comes with a matching traveling inkwell. Limited to only 300 peices.

Included with the pen is a matching traveling inkwell. The inkwell has Voyager engraved on the backside with the Visconti logo on the opposite. It also has a Visconti logo on the top of the cap. This cap is simply a compression fit, which holds the ink inside, and keeps it from leaking allowing you to travel with ink. The inkwell has matching ebonite on both the top of the cap and the body with a clear viewing window so you can see the level of the ink inside the traveling inkwell. And, of course, there is a glass eyedropper included to fill the inkwell.
Then we have the Visconti Voyager fountain pen. This pen is made out of ebonite which has black and a reddish color mixed together with silver colored trim. There is a ring at the bottom of the barrel. There is also a ring on the cap which has the Voyager and Visconti V's engraved around the barrel. The traditional Visconti design or logo on the arch-shaped clip which opens nice and easily. On top of the cap is the Visconti logo. It is a threaded cap that will unscrew, and will post on the end of the barrel of the pen. There is an ink viewing window on the center, between the section and the body of the pen and a matching section with the same ebonite material. The pen comes with a silver colored matching palladium nib, and a black feed on the pen.
Great design, great pen and it has the piston style filling mechanism which is controlled at the end of the barrel of the pen. You unscrew the knob to control the filling of the pen.
