This is the Monteverde Artista ballpoint pen. This is the green or lime green version of the pen. It has chrome accents, you can see the chrome tip on the pen and you can see through the Artista, is a clear plastic barrel and cap. You can see the refill on the inside. It's kind of a unique, nice feature.
It has a chrome center band, you can see Monteverde USA is engraved on that. Then a chrome clip with a Monteverde logo kind of small there at the top of the clip. At the very top of the cap is just a chrome colored disc or ring.
This is a twist-action ballpoint pen. To extend the refill, you simply twist the cap that extends the refill and retracts it. If you unscrew the cap in a counter-clockwise direction, you can then pull the refill out. Looks like it just takes a Monteverde to fit Parker or Parker style P13 refill.
