This is a beautiful pencil. However I cannot write with it for long stretches as the design and the weight tend to fatigue my hand. I do have a tight grip, which does contribute to the early fatigue. Despite all that, I am smitten with this pencil.

I have to admit that I bought this pen first, because it is part of the US Air Force Military history. As a USAF Veteran myself, I enjoy collecting unusual items like this pen. It also writes very well, no skipping, very smooth.

I really LOVE the way this pen looks and writes, the ONLY downside is the weight. Very heavy pen if you are writing for very long. But very durable, throw it in the purse and writes every time!!

I have look at this Rato 51 for a few years finally bought it. This is a bright color pen but the best thing is writing with it being. A roller ball your writing seems to flow without any pressure you will not believe it. Try one retro 51 are great.
