Platinum Plaisir Fountain Pens Reviews
The nib is a little scratchier than I usually use, but I do like the price point. The body has a nice smooth feel and the click cap is nice. I got the matte black with silver trim and have it inked with Sailor's Shikiori Yozakura, a soft mauve.

This is an amazing pen. It writes very smoothly and reliably. I got it in violet and it's absolutely gorgeous. While it's lighter than some people might like, I'm a big fan. It's smooth and has been reliable thus far.

Bought a Blue Plaisir for my son for before he went to college. He tried some of my fountain pens before and had been using a Pilot Varsity for a while. I decided to get him a pen for himself. He tried my Safari, Al-Star, Jinhao 450, 750, and my Plaisir. He liked the Plaisir and was happy to have it. Wrote all of his graduation thank you notes with it and it is now with him as school. I also took mine with me when i traveled, and received some compliments. Sturdy, durable, writes great.

Bought this pen for a burgeoning interest in fountain pens. seemed to have a great reviews and thought it would be a nice alternate to several others I have (pilot, lamy, kaco). Overall it's a decent pen, but not to my preference.
It's extremly light, to the point it feels insubstantial in the hand. The material used is also quite fragile. quite literally just noticed about 15 dents all over the pen cap and it has only been in my hoodie pocket with two other pens (metropolitan & eco). All I can think is these pen's dented it, otherwise nothing eles has happened with it???
It writes quite well, but is much broader than I expected for a fine. it's in line with my Lamy fine.
Overall, for the cost relative to pens like the metro/kaco, I don't find it to be the greatest pen. But this is likely preference based.

I love the Plaisir fountain pens. They are Johnny on the spot and great for work as well as coming in several colors. However I am still waiting for the green one that I ordered. (It didn't show that it was on special order until after I ordered it.)

I filled my Plaisir with Noodler's Polar Black. This is a pretty smooth combination. It feathers a little, but I knew it would do that going in.
If you need faultless lines on indifferent paper, Polar Black is probably not the ink you want. If you want a virtually effortless glide of the nib across paper, give consideration to the Plaisir.
