Well, you don't have much choice if you have a pilot pen, do you? I hate the rattling sound from that metal part.

I have purchased three of these converters, two for Pilot Metropolitan pens and one for a Pilot Knight.
They work as advertised but in my opinion have a limited ink capacity.
In order to increase the capacity, I have been filling them with a syringe rather than drawing the ink up through the nib/feed.
Other than the capacity issue, I have been satisfied with the product.

I got this because a review of the Pilot Metropolitan suggested it. This is my first pen and first time putting ink in a pen. Having nothing to compare it to, all I can say is that it was super easy and makes me feel all fountain pen fancy.

I own several Pilot Metropolitans and Plumix pens. The Metros come with another type of converter which works well, but I wanted to try this converter. I'm very pleased with it, as the ink volume is visible. I also like the little shaker thing inside especially when using the Diamine shimmer inks. I will probably order another of these.
