About Black Kaweco Classic Sport
Following the original 1935 design, the Kaweco Classic Sport fountain pen has been successful without much change. This fountain pen comes with a 23k gold plated stainless steel nib. Use the included ink cartridge or add Kaweco's ingenuous squeeze converter.
The Kaweco classic sport fountain pen is compact and easy to carry in a purse or pocket. The length of the pen is small with the cap on but with the cap posted it extends the pen making the pen easy to use.
An optional clip can be purchased for the pen in either chrome or gold color. We recommend the gold color clip to match the color of the nib on the Kaweco Classic Sport fountain pen.

The pen is quite compact with the cap on it. It only measures about 4 inches. The cap can be unscrewed and posted onto the pen giving the pen a little bit more length, about 5 ¼ inches. Etched on the pen on the cap is the Kaweco Sport logo and on the top of the cap is the Kaweco logo. The nib is a stainless steel nib and etched on it is the Kaweco logo as well as some other etchings.
This is a cartridge converter pen. It comes included with one cartridge and that cartridge is inside the barrel of the pen, but not inserted into the pen. You will have to do that when you get the pen, so you unscrew the nib section from the barrel and then you can pull that cartridge out and insert into the nib section and then once that inserted you can screw that back into the barrel of the pen. We also have available a converter. It’s a squeeze converter that’s unique to Kaweco you can purchase along with the pen, if you would rather use that with your own inks.

I love this little pen. It is convenient, unobtrusive, and convenient to carry around throughout my day for whatever writing I have to do. I was afraid it might be too easy to have the cap come off and, thus, leak but that this not been an issue.
I wish that it had a little more weight to it but that request is small compared to the pen’s other benefits.

Love this pen!!! Combined with the clip (sold separately) it makes for a great COMPACT, Lightweight, great everyday pen. The ink flow is really excellent! Would highly recommend!

As far as I'm concerned, these little pens can't be beat at any price. They write as smoothly as you could possibly want (I have the extra fine). I liked the first one I got so much that I got another to carry with me. I've had pens that cost a lot more that I really didn't like and ultimately didn't use much, so I am really glad to have found these pens.

The Kaweco Classic Sport fountain pen comes with one ink cartridge included and it is shipped inside the barrel of the pen but not attached to the nib. Occasionally this ink cartridge gets stuck inside the barrel and blocks the insertion of another cartridge. With the nib section removed, gently tap the barrel to dislodge the ink cartridge.Q:
