The Sailor Shikiori 5th Anniversary Limited Edition Minori fountain pen was made in celebration of Sailor's 5th anniversary. This reflective new design is inspired by a grain of rice. Sailor 1911 Shikiori 5th Anniversary “Minori” (meaning bountiful harvest in Japanese) is designed to echo the colors in rice paddies. The body of the pen is a light blue color inspired by the soft blues in a reflecting sky. The section of the pen is green - resembling growing rice and the color of golden hour sunshine glinting off of water at sundown is captured in the pen's cap.

The Shikiori 5th Anniversary Limited Edition Minori fountain pen pieces together all the intricate details that contribute to the shape of a grain of rice. The fountain pen's brilliant gold ion-plated trim coordinates perfectly with the 14K gold medium-fine nib.

The Minori fountain pen is packaged as a set, including a full size 20mL bottle of color-changing ink that writes green and turns hazel once it's dry, mimicking the life cycle of rice as it grows and then eventually returns to the earth.
