I usually don't review pens unless I have complaints. So here goes. - Pineider clips seem to be designed for paper thin or thinner pockets. Anything else and I have to pull the clip away from the body manually to slide it into pocket. Just add a tiny uptick to the tip of the clip so that it can fit something thicker! - Tines very tight! I had to carefully spread the tines a lot! Don't let overemphasis on the cool design make attention to the nib get forgotten. Pen has to write, not just look and feel good. - I don't usually have to contact customer service, so when I do I have to deduct a star from Pen Chalet itself. They do respond wonderfully to problems, but there shouldn't be any. I was sent an extra fine nib in a medium nib labeled box. I don't know if I can blame Pineider or Pen Chalet. I was sent the requested replacement immediately, kudos to Pen Chalet, but they did not inform me that the nib had blue ink already in it. Fortunately I always clean my pens immediately, so I caught the problem, but why was there blue ink in the nib? And if they wrote with it, how did they not catch the tines being so tight? So deduct a star from the usual 5 star Pen Chalet service, dropping them to 3 stars. Just for this time, don't worry, 1 bad time out of more than I want to count is still excellent service. On the good side, it really is a cool pen and writes just fine with Noodler's Fox Red ink (Now that the tines are spread)!
