The Pelikan M1000 Raden Sunrise Red fountain pen is limited to on 333 peices worldwide. Made from traditional Japanese maki-e techniques, the pen is first painted in a deep red color with Urushi lacquer and then colorful stripes are added made from real abalone shells. The Raden Sunrise Red pen is then coated one more time and polished to a beautiful finish. Each pen is the signed and numbered by the artist.

Each Pelikan M1000 Raden Sunrise Red fountain pen is then fitted with a two tone 18k gold nib and presented in a paulownia wood gift box.
