This pen is incredible. I have the Ruby Red one and it is beautiful. It feels wonderful in my hand; just the right weight, the feel of the metal is not smooth but has a very slight texture. I inked it up right out of the box with Monteverde Mercury Noir. Smooth, wet and absolutely no skipping. Could not ask for more. I will certainly own a second.
