Each Nettuno 1911 fountain pen has been hand turned from solid bar stock and is available in various colors. The clip features a trident design created with high relief technique. Each pen has then been fitted with a stainless steel #6 Bock nib and has a piston fill system.

Nettuno 1911 Video Script

This is the Nettuno 1911 fountain pen. It comes in a black cardboard sleeve which has the Nettuno logo embossed in gold on the top. The cardboard sleeve slides off and included with the pen is a pamphlet about Nettuno and the use and warranty information.

The pen comes in a unique case. It has a Plexiglas lid. The Nettuno logo is printed on that lid with a picture of Neptune as well. There is a post on the end and the lid just rotates around on that post to open the box. And of course, we have the Nettuno 1911 fountain pen.

It is hand turned from solid plastic resin and it has either gold plated or rhodium plated trim on the pen depending on which color. On the top of the cap is a wave pattern. Then on the clip, there is a relief that is raised with the Trident logo design, and then at the bottom is just a round ball at the end of the clip. Two gold bands at the top of the cap that hold the clip on and there is another gold band at the bottom of the cap as well. On the barrel of the pen, there is two bands that have a relief pattern that is raised off of it and a little bit thicker design. Then on the barrel of the pen, it is engraved with Nettuno, and then nineteen eleven, Made in Italy.

It is a piston style fountain pen. So, there is an actuator on the end. You can remove the cap from the end of the barrel and then control the piston to fill the pen with ink. It is a threaded cap so the cap unscrews and you can post that on the end of the barrel of the pen. Good size pen, but you don't necessarily need it posted to use but you can post it if you would like to. It comes with a #6 size nib and a black feed on the backside. Beautiful pen, great design.
