About the Nettuno Exclusive 1911 Nereo Palladium
The Nettuno 1911 Nereo Palladium fountain pen is a Pen Chalet Exclusive. Hand turned from solid bar stock, the Nereo fountain pen with palladium trim is an exclusive color combination only available at Pen Chalet. The popular Nettuno 1911 fountain pen design features a pen clip with a trident design created using a high relief technique. Each Nettuno Exclusive 1911 Nereo Palladium fountain pen is fitted with a stainless steel #6 Bock nib and uses a unique integrated filling system design so you can use your pen as a piston filler (accessing through the blind cap) as well as using it as a cartridge converter.

A great fountain pen in any color and trim, but I especially like this Pen Chalet exclusive.

I'm very I bought this pen, it's even more beautiful in person. There is a milky, translucent quality to the acrylic which I find appealing, as does its palladium trim. Notable difference to my first Nettuno was the nib. Although this pen's nib has an large "N" it is different from the original nib on a Nettuno I ordered about four years ago. Could be a Jowo, it's much finer, though firmer, than the original. Since I like thinner nibs, the change was okay, as my first Nettuno, though softer, wrote more like a medium. These large pens are comfortable to hold, have an easy, cleaner way to fill the converter under the blind cap. If you've not tried Nettuno, they are large and beautiful pens. Though their caps are postable, it makes the pen too back-heavy so I don't recommend posting. Pleased with my purchase.
