Each Maiora Ogiva Racing fountain pen is individually numbered on the back of the pen's cap.

The Ogiva Racing fountain pens are handmade in Italy using special matte black resin hand-turned from solid bar paired with ruthenium plated trim. Each pen is outfitted with a fixed piston ink filling system and a red transparent window for checking the ink level. The Ogiva Racing fountain pens are fitted with a 14kt gold #8 (large) nib (available in varying sizes) with the "RACING" design paired with a red ebonite feeder. The Ogiva Racing fountain pen also showcases Maiora's exemplary craftsmanship in the exquisitely detailed solid 925 sterling silver center ring (plated in precious ruthenium) showcased against the pen's classic silhouette. The design includes a spring metal clip and a threaded cap (that may be posted with a friction post if desired).
