Created in collaboration with Leonardo Officina Italiana and material artist Jonathon Brooks exclusively for Pen Chalet, the Werewolf is one of three supernatural designs in the Monsters of the Full Moon trilogy. Built on Leonardo’s Virtuosa fountain pen model, this edition draws its inspiration from one of folklore’s most enduring creatures—and the full moon that calls it into the night.

At the heart of the Werewolf is a custom Jonathon Brooks resin created specifically for the Monsters of the Full Moon collection. Swirling shades of deep cobalt and electric blue move through icy white and dark of night tones, evoking moonlight breaking across the midnight horizon.

But this resin has another side.

The Werewolf features a glow-in-the-dark material that absorbs light during the day and releases its stored glow after darkness falls. Like its legendary namesake transforming beneath the full moon, the pen takes on a new presence at night—an eerie lunar glow emerging from within the dramatic blue resin. Sleek silver-tone trim completes the design, reinforcing its cool, moonlit character.

Each Werewolf fountain pen is fitted with a stainless steel nib and individually numbered as part of a limited edition of just 75 pieces. A custom Monsters of the Full Moon presentation sleeve accompanies the edition, recognizing the collaboration between Pen Chalet, Leonardo Pens, and Jonathon Brooks.
