About the Kaweco Skyline Sport
The Kaweco Skyline Sport fountain pen is a great compact pocket pen. Designed after the original Kaweco Classic Sport with gold accents the Kaweco Skyline Sport fountain pen comes with a chrome-plated stainless steel nib and matching chrome color accents.
Included with the Kaweco Skyline Sport is one ink cartridge.

Silicone Grease: Helpful for those who wish to convert their Kaweco Sport fountain pen to an eyedropper pen.
Kaweco Mini Ink Converters: For those who prefer to use bottled fountain pen ink, but don't want to convert their pen to an eyedropper pen.

It's a resin pen. It's the same design as the Kaweco Classic Sport. The difference between the Kaweco Classic Sport and the Skyline Sport is simply the accents. The color of the accents on the Skyline Sport will be a chrome or silver color, and the accents on the Classic Sport would be a gold color. You can see the chrome colored Kaweco medallion on the end of the cap, the Kaweco Sport logo engraved in the silver or chrome color on the side of the cap. The Kaweco Skyline Sport has a nice large cap, makes it compact. It's only a few inches long. It's a great pocket pen or everyday carry pen.
And another nice feature about the Kaweco Skyline Sport is the cap design. You can see it has these flat ridges all around the pen, so if you set the pen down, it's not going to roll away on you. And then at the bottom of the barrel of the pen, you could see these small knurled cap, on the end of the barrel. Made in Germany is printed on the very end.
The cap on the pen is threaded and unscrews. It's a small pen and so without the cap posted, it's pretty small. It makes it much more manageable once you put the cap on the pen. You could see that it extends the length of the pen considerably. It makes it a nice length for writing.
Very light weight with the resin. You can see the grip section there and the small threaded section between the grip section and the barrel of the pen. You could see the nib and feed on the pen. With the Kaweco Skyline Sport, it has a chrome colored stainless steel nib. You could see the Kaweco logo and Germany is also engraved on the nib with some other decorative engravings.
The Kaweco Skyline Sport is a cartridge converter style pen. So to change the ink on the pen, you unscrew the grip section from the barrel of the pen. Included with the pen is an ink cartridge, and a lot of times people don't realize this ink cartridge is in the barrel of the pen, because you notice I have to tap it a few times to get it out. The ink cartridge gets stuck in shipping or what have you. So, remember there's always an ink cartridge in there. Don't forget that when you put your other ink cartridge in. I've seen people put the ink cartridge on the nib and attach it to the pen and it doesn't fit on because the other ink cartridge is inside the barrel of the pen.
It takes a standard universal ink cartridge. So any standard universal ink cartridge will work. It does not come with an ink converter. If you want to purchase an ink converter for the Kaweco Sport, the option is the Kaweco squeeze converter. It's a smaller converter, but because of the size of the barrel of the pen, it can't fit much more.
It's a great pen, great everyday carry pen or pocket pen. It's small, compact, and easy to carry around. Great looking pen as well and they work really good, great starter pen.

This is the Kaweco Skyline Sport Fountain Pen. The pen comes in a small, black cardboard box. We have the Kaweco logo printed on the exterior of the box in a gold color, as well as the Kaweco logo on both ends of the box.
