A lovely piece with good build quality, though the first pen I received had a defective fine nib (malaligned tines and very scratchy). Pen Chalet’s customer service was immediately responsive to my call and immediately shipped me out another pen which is perfect! I couldn’t be more pleased with the pen and with the excellent customer service from Pen Chalet.
