About the Delta Dolcevita Skeleton
The Delta Dolcevita Skeleton fountain pen is handmade in Italy from precious metal that is coated with black rhodium. The skeletal metal cage is overlaid in your choice of either the classic dolcevita orange resin or clear demonstrator. The demonstrator version allows for direct viewing into the chamber of the barrel to see the ink and piston filler. The contrasting colors between the black skeleton case and the resins create a perfectly balanced fountain pen. Each Delta Dolcevita Skeleton fountain pen comes with a Delta 18K gold fusion nib. There are only 888 of these limited edition fountain pens available.

This is the Dolcevita orange version of the pen. Has an orange resin on the pen and a metal skeleton encasing around that resin. The top of the cap, you can see the Delta logo on that medallion there. Arc-shaped clip, spring loaded, opens nice and easily. I like that. It says "Made in Italy" on the side of that clip. On the backside of the caging is the "Delta Italy" logo and the number of the pen here at the bottom. That cage extends through the bottom of the pen. Threading here at the bottom of the barrel, that's for the posting of the pen. The cap is threaded and unscrews, and to post it on the pen, you have to thread it on the bottom, as well.
This happens to be the Fusion, Delta Fusion nib. You can also get a solid gold nib. And you can see the feed on the back side of the pen. Same resin section material on the pen, and it also has a metal front section right on the nib, a little bit longer on one side than the other. I kind of like that, that look of the pen there. This is a piston style fountain pen, so to change the ink on the pen, you unscrew the little cap on the bottom of the barrel and there's a little knob here to actuate that piston to fill the pen.
Great design, I really like the look of the Delta Skeleton pen. I like that caging design and the orange resin. Get your Delta Skeleton fountain pen at PenChalet.com!
