Monteverde Tool 60 Ballpoint Pens

The Monteverde Tool 60 Ballpoint Pens are designed with a triangular shaped 3 sided metal barrel. This functional twist action ballpoint pen incorporates many other great tools into one writing instrument.

The side of the barrel has both metric(cm) and inch rulers. Opposite the ballpoint writing tip of the pen is a mesh stylus tip for use with touch screen devices. If you remove the stylus tip, underneath is mini screwdriver tip that is reversible to both Philips and flat tips. Also on the side of the barrel is a mini bubble level. Choose from several great durable matte finishes.

Compatible Refill: Monteverde Tool 60 Ballpoint pens fill with Monteverde® D1 refills (choose Medium or Super Broad).

Ballpoint Refill Instructions

1. Holding the barrel firmly pull the chrome colored front section out of the barrel section. It is just a friction fit.
2. Holding the tip section turn the refill holder counter-clockwise to release the refill.
3. Remove the old refill and insert a new one into the holder.
4. Insert the new refill with the holder attached into the tip section and turn clockwise
5. Insert tip section back into the barrel of the pen.

This is the Monteverde Tool 60 Ballpoint pen. It's a little different design from the original Monteverde Tool pen. It's a little shorter and a little bit thicker in the barrel. It has a stylus on the end of the cap. The cap screws off and underneath is a Phillips screwdriver that flips around for a standard screwdriver as well, nice little tool there at the end of the ballpoint pen. You can see the clip on the pen has a slight taper to it. It's smaller towards the tip. It has a bubble level. You can see the little bubble inside. So you can see if your table or desk is level. It also comes with a metric and an inch scale on the sides of the ballpoint pen.

This is a twist action ballpoint pen. To the extend the refill, you twist the barrel and in the opposite direction to release. Then you can unscrew that front section from the barrel of the pen and this refills the Monteverde mini ballpoint refill, you just pull that right out and then that's how you change the refills. Pretty easy to change, a little easier to change than it's been in the original tool pen. I like that about the new design. Short, compact, it does have flattened edges on the barrel.
