Superior Fountain Pen, Price and Customer Service

I have to admit that I am a ‘high maintenance’ client; my experience purchasing products online resulting in jaded and low expectations. I am, therefore, vigorous in assuring acquisitions meet the exact description of items, and the service is minimally adequate and timely.

So I am elated to share that the Pilot Vanishing Point Fountain Pen has solicited incomparable satisfaction and success; the downside is the doubtless difficulty of acquiring subsequent presents that measure up.

Of equal importance to me and that I would be remiss not to emphasize, is the extraordinary service provided to me by Jill in my pursuit of buying this item. Jill offered unwavering assistance and personal attention in meeting my precise and demanding specifics, with good humor, superb professionalism and singular responsiveness. She afforded service above and beyond the call of duty which I'm usually subjected to when dealing with sales representatives and vendors. Jill kept me informed and up to date about the logistics of delivery, followed up with manufacturer and expedited shipment to me via express mail; absorbing the additional cost at Pen Chalet’s expense. I should also note that the fountain pen was priced considerably lower than other merchandisers to begin with.
