The Regatta pens are beautiful,sturdy, ride easily in the hand and write superbly and are very affordable. Is there something else I shouod be wanting in a pen?

This is a great writer but it is a little heavy. The magnetic ap is very cool but after a little use the black coating wears off and the metal starts to show.

After my disappointing bouts with cheaper generic fountain pens, the Regatta showed me how a fountain pen should impress you. I fell in love with the style of the orange and gunmetal orange. The magnetic cap is so sweet and satisfying to use, both for closing or posting the pen. But what impressed me the most is that I didn't have to fight or wait for the pen to start. It started immediately and writing with it has been a dream! At first, I wasn't immediately enamored with the medium nib, but as I write in my journal I've grown to appreciate it. I love this fountain pen deeply. It's beautiful to look at, a delight to hold, and a dream to write with. I'm very satified. Monteverde has won a new fan.

Just got this pen and love it. Such a cool, unique design. Love the varigated orange and carbon fiber combo. Writes and flows well.

its ok, i would have preferred a black and silver or black and hold pen thats as heavey as the one that i bought...If you have one in thoses combinations and the same weight I will buy it as wellcontact me by email and let me know
