Monteverde Impressa Fountain Pens Reviews
This pen is AWESOME. I thought Lamy's were good, but this is right up there with them!

I got this pen because the one I ordered suddenly was no longer available. The pictures here, and elsewhere, simply do not do this pen justice. It is a thing of beauty at a great price.

From the moment I inked this pen with Diamine Oxford Blue to the moment the Fine nib hit the Rhodia dot grid pad, my writing experience has been outstanding. I had left it capped/horizontal for a few days in between use and the ink flowed smoothly without skipping or hard starts. The metal body has some heft, one of my heaviest to date (considering my first pen was a Pilot Metropolitan). Although I had hoped for the black/rose gold model, the pearl/indigo model is growing on me. I would not hesitate to recommend this pen.

Beautiful design and price. Writing it so smooth, and it feels good in your hand. The costumer service from pen chalet it's the best.

Fantastic pen, good feedback with the medium nib, puts down a nice wet line. Using with Diamine Bilberry.
My only complaint, i couldn't use the included converter, couldn't get it to draw up any ink. Replaced it with a Jinhao converter and it worked perfectly.

A little slow to start with dry inks in the converter, but otherwise pretty great. Feels weighty and solid in hand. Too back-heavy posted. If fingerprints bother you, invest in a microfiber cloth.

I am enjoying my recently acquired Impressa. The nib writes smoothly and the ink flows well. Nice design, comfortable to hold.
