Monteverde's 20th Anniversary Innova pens are first rate and solid quality. Unfortunately, the ballpoint version in this order almost found a home on my study desk only to be snapped up by my hovering wife (she does this routinely). The fountain pen nib is a stub (steel) with nicely metered ink flow. This pen will see regular use at my desk. As always, Pen Chalet offered a good price point and promptly shipped and my order. Outstanding Customer Service !

Fine quality fountain pen. Writes well, as I expect a Monteverde to do. Looks amazing with its carbon fiber and Rose Gold finish.

What an elegant and rich-looking pen. The materials are wonderful, the nib is buttery smooth, and a feature I always like in Montevere pens is the screw-in converter. All converters should be like this. All this for a very reasonable price. This is the fifth Monteverde pen in my fountain pen collection.
