the interchangeability of the Lamy nibs is a great feature. these nibs work well and very easy to swap.

I got in two separate orders four steel nibs and three black nibs. The steel nibs were a bit scratchy but it's mostly gone by now. The black nibs are considerably stiffer, scratchier, and harder to break in.

I love the ability to easily switch nibs in Lamy pens, but these are just inconsistent in quality. You never know what line width you're going to get with these. But they are useful and cheap.

Lamy nibs are rarely duds/problematic, but don't expect the world from them. I commend Pen Chalet for having both steel & black colors. Reliable writers, +/-7 options for sizing "EF"(loosely) to 1.9 stub, easy to hot swap (i use them to see inks in every nib size on my Col-o-ring cards opposite side of the swatch). Nothing fantastic but nothing abysmal about them either, Lamy is a good brand.
