Robert Oster Signature Sample(4ml) Fountain Pen Ink Reviews
These are solid inks. Great color, works well in my Monteverde pens (but not quite as good as the Monteverde inks). It's fun to try these sample sizes to get a feel for the ink and the colors.

Orange zest is a nice bright orange with quite a pop and so much darker than Kin Mokusei. Wet ink with good shading properties in a broader nib. I recommended Robert Oster Inks.

I like buying these sample to see if I like the ink. 9 out of 10 times, I wind up buying the full size.

Please note it the size of a 5ml vial, not Oster-sized.

This brand is one of my favorites. They work in any pen I have tried them in, and I have tried them in at least six pens with fine and medium nibs. I love the shimmer inks and they even work in my fine nibs. Great ink!

A really lovely fall ink: a dark, writable orange with near-black shading.

These samples include sufficient ink to make a swatch and try out for quite some time. My daughter liked the sample so much she asked me to buy a full bottle.

I got a sample of the Robert Oster Marine ink. I'm using it in my Kaweco Breezy Teal Perkeo, and it goes very well with it. It's a lovely ink, and there's an excellent chance that I'll buy a whole bottle in the future.

I've come to really appreciate Robert Oster inks. And I love this vibrant red (Red Candy)!

I got a sample of Dragon's Night. This is a fine deep-dark purple, very saturated and opaque - it stands out bold and clear on the page. You could probably get away with using this in a professional context, as it looks kind of black at first glance. Look closer, though, and you'll see that rich deep bluish-purple. Nice stuff.
