Robert Oster Signature Ink(50ml) Fountain Pen Ink Reviews
This is the first Rob't Oster ink I've tried and I love it! Australian Sky Blue is a bright, vibrant, and saturated cerulean blue ink that is unlike any other blue ink I have (I usually lean toward the darker blues/teals). Though no special properties, this has real impact on the page, seems to flow well, and is over-all very well behaved even on some not-so-great paper. I am currently using it in a Conklin Coronet with a Fine nib.

Robert Oster's inks are my favorite.. perhaps right besides Iroshizuku's.
Fire and Ice is a fantastic, vibrant blue that shades beautifully. This color and Blue water Ice are a must have in your collection.

I've put this into my Opus Demonstrator, and I love it. The shading is phenomenal. The color is really rich and has a lot of contrast, which is wonderful.

It's Robert Oster, so I know I'll like it. 99% of all RO inks work beautifully for me; it's the shimmer inks that can be really dry or act up. I love the colors and the inks. Not so enamored with the bottles, but they make the ink safer to ship and are lighter than glass. The bottles are also tinted to protect the ink but can make it a little harder to see which ink you are grabbing. You get a lot of high quality ink, I just wish the price point was a bit lower; that's why I buy my ink here at Pen Chalet.

Robert Oster makes some of the highest quality ink on the market. I just wish the opening were a bit bigger. Not a gripe. Just gotta be more cautious filling.

Dependably lovely colors that flow perfectly wet through my broad nib pens. They’re pricey, probably above average in cost regards, but good inks.

I have a obsession with RO inks… I’ve tried probably 30-40 inks of theirs and own about 20 full size bottles and am in love with every single one. Each one has its own special wow factor though due to the large range, some base colors do look really similar with varying shading and sheening colors which is why I have 20 instead of all 40 full sizes lol. But I’ve only mainly explored their blues and purples. So I probably will end up with more then 40 of their full size inks in the near future once I get to the other color families.
