J Herbin Bottled Ink(10ml) Fountain Pen Ink Reviews
This color ink is every bit as juicy red as you would want for it to be. I purposely selected this for my red Monza 3 and I couldn’t be happier with the match! Smooth flow and doesn’t thicken on nib between uses.

Great inexpensive ink for use in my every day pen. I keep a preppy platinum inked up and ready for use. I love the grey subtleties of this blue

Nice ink but I expected the bottle to be a bit larger than it was.

This ink flows very well. I like the smaller 10 ml bottle. It gives me a chance to see if I like the ink without the expense of a larger bottle.

I really like this ink. Originally bought a small bottle but will almost certainly get a bottle in larger size. Writing in a Leuchtturm 1917 journal, it lays down a violet color (clearly has red in the mix) but dries a bit more on the blue side, but still a lovely, lovely purple. Not too wet in a Pilot Custom 74 fine. This will be a go-to color for me in the future.

I enjoy matching inks to pens, and Blue Calanque is beautiful with the turquoise Conklin Durograph. J Herbin inks are wet and shade well, too. It's also nice to try a small size before committing to a larger bottle.
