So here's the problem. The ink is great. I like it, it works, drys fast, I like the color but I have the wrong pen to let the shimmer out. My pens are all way too fine and not nearly wet enough to show any shimmer happen. It's a sad state because when I test it with a brush or something that will let it lay down the shimmer...it does. So beware, it's great ink as ink goes but if you have too fine or too dry a pen it's just nice ink, no shimmer to it

Great ink. Compared to others, there is a lot of shimmer so even with an EF european nib it comes through. The green color is absolutely gorgeous. Even without the shimmer. I am surprised at how well it writes with EF nkb.

I totally adore the ink!! One of my favorites and when i had run out of the sample, I thought it best to just get the bottle. Why not! Do pair the ink with a Medium to Broad nib or even a flex to see the beauty of this ink.

The “Arabian Nights” is really nice. The dark blue/purple color with the consistent silver shimmer is subtle yet has a textural quality. A keeper.

Diamine inks are good quality and this shimmer is easy to clean out. This Magenta Flash is a beautiful color. Do not forget to shake the bottle and use a pen that can be cleaned easily. Larger nibs handle particles of shimmer better than finer ones.
