The Dee Charles Designs Single Sleeve pen case is made of top grain, thick leather. Designed to fit smaller pens as well as large oversize pens. The pen sleeve will easily fit pens 5/8 inch in diameter and larger.

This is a nice, well-made sleeve. It fits both the Monteverde Mountains of the World and the Monteverde Prima. It's the first time I've used a sleeve for a fountain pen and I'm rather glad I am. No more worrying about where it is sitting in my work bag or concern of it falling off the desk.

This sleeve has thick leather for protection. The soft leather dermis surface on the inside prevents scratching of the pen. Sewing is strong, with thick thread material.
Large pens can fit this sleeve, including the Sailor King of Pen, the Wancher Urushi Dream Pen. They just tuck in about 3 mm short of the top of the sleeve.
Super giant pens such as the Gama Supreme will fit, but the pen sticks out 3/4 inch above the top of the sleeve.
Small pens such as the Montblanc 149 will fit completely into this sleeve.

The case keeps the pen in place with friction. The end does not close but is long enough that most pens are completely covered when inserted into the case.
