I love this guy. Smaller diameter pens slide right in, and shorter pens like a Pilot Prera or Kaweco Sport get swallowed up. Larger pens - think TWSBI 580 or Opus 88 Picnic are a perfect match, a snug fit and easy to grab the top of the cap to pull the pen out. Inside is the rough split side of leather, soft texture. Have the Rawhide Blue, now a daily carry for me. Slightly firm leather that's forming perfectly.

Nice thick piece of quality leather compared to others that are very thin and flimsy. Because of that, it's a little tide fit at first, but the more you user it the better it gets!
