I write and draw every day and I’ve tried many other notebooks and right now Leuchtturm is my go to notebook. It handles light washes well. I go through one every four months.

Orange color, easy to spot with old eyes. . . Daily use as diary, now, and like it a lot. This is where I use my several fountain pens, including, sometimes, dip-pens with big-ass, wet nibs for calligraphic wanderings -- I mention this because a wet nib will bleed through, but NO BLEED for anything reasonable and used with reasonable travel-speed acrost the beckoning page. FUNCTION excellent, as, yes, lays flat, as advertised. Good feature for LEFTIES. I got the "dots" and they are subtle, but enough to keep you on the straight and narrow if you pay attention. I also use Rhodia tablets (coated), and prefer this paper-feel, but you can soak the Rhodia pretty good before it bleeds, if that's an issue.

Gorgeous pink color.Well set out and the numbered pages helpful. Paper quality not as good as Rhodia but close.I look forward to using it with my Nemosine Singularity Demonstrator and Pilot Irushizuku Azalea ink. Recommend.
