Rainbow Sprinkles Leonardo Officina Italiana Momento Zero Rainbow Sprinkles Fountain Pens

Bright, playful, and unmistakably Italian, the Leonardo Officina Italiana Momento Zero Rainbow Sprinkles fountain pen brings a burst of color to one of Leonardo’s most iconic designs.

Rainbow Sprinkles begins with sheets of pearlescent white, yellow, blue, and magenta acrylic—the three primary colors used in subtractive color synthesis layered against a luminous white base. The acrylic sheets are ground into small grains of color, combined, pressed into solid bars, and then turned to reveal the finished material. The result is a softly pearlescent fountain pen scattered with vivid pops of color, with the pattern shifting from pen to pen for an individual look. The exclusive acrylic is made entirely in Italy according to Leonardo’s own design specifications and color selections.

The colorful material pairs with the classic Leonardo Momento Zero silhouette, introduced in late 2017 as Leonardo’s first fountain pen. Known for its vintage-inspired details, balanced proportions, and distinctly Italian styling, the Momento Zero has become a favorite among collectors and writing enthusiasts.

The rose gold trim perfectly complements the pastel confetti-like acrylic. Each fountain pen features a stainless steel nib, including standard writing sizes as well as stub and elastic nib options. A converter is included for convenient bottled-ink filling.

Cheerful without sacrificing sophistication, the Leonardo Momento Zero Rainbow Sprinkles fountain pen combines joyful color, Italian craftsmanship, and the familiar writing experience of the Momento Zero in a design that looks a little like a celebration captured in acrylic.
