Overall, I am not a fan of how this ink writes. This is the only experience I have had thus-far with organics studio inks, but the Jane Austen Violet leaves me with a lot of questions. The ink itself is very thin in consistency, in comparison to some thick, almost syrup like inks that I have come to love. Looking at the ink, visually it appears to have been watered down. The ink writes very wet and the pigmentation is inconsistent, with some letters appearing completely transparent, almost like water colour paint, and others appearing partially opaque. I find results to be consistent across a variety of quality in fountain pen, and even with my dip pens. I have at least two more Organic's inks samples laying around my house, I will give them a shot eventually...
