These inks are full color and bodied. The bottle is an excellent design for the pen refill. I'll buy again, of course.

Expensive, but worth it. Beautiful ink that performs well. Dries quickly, does not smear. Only downside is that it is not at all water resistant, but this is true of most all inks.

I love the Chromatics line of inks, Hypnotic Turquoise and Vibrant Green are simply gorgeous. But, I'm having a hard time distinguishing Noodler's Red Black from this Caran d'Ache Organic Brown. They look and perform very similarly, and when I look back at writing side by side done by both of them I can barely tell which is which. Holding the bottles up to the light the difference is noticeable, the Noodler's has a redness to it that the Organic Brown doesn't. But in writing, I actually think I prefer the Noodler's. It's got more shading which is nice for such a dark color. And it's significantly cheaper. Maybe for this color, get a sample and see how you like it. For the Vibrant Green and the Hypnotic Turquoise from the Chromatics line, just get yourself a whole bucket of it; the color is brilliant, the shading is terrific, and it writes nicely. I'm rating the product style 'excellent' because if you like package design, it doesn't get much better than this.

I bought the vibrant green color. I just love it. Vibrant says it all!! Excellent flow and dries rather rapidly on the paper I've used so far. Fancy looking bottle that definitely starts a conversation every time. I only grudge it, the cost - very expensive ink.
I went through a lot of issues trying to get the shipment outside the US and Ron was there all the while sorting out the problems and I'm grateful for his support (in spite of my many emails and calls to him with loads of probably impertinent questions and difficulties I was having).
